ByNuvira does not offer refunds or exchanges on any products, unless you have received a damaged or faulty product or an incorrect product instead of what you ordered.

 

I. Damaged or Faulty Product

If you have received a damaged or faulty item from ByNuvira, we apologise for the inconvenience. Please contact us within 3 days after receiving the package. Provide a brief description and a photo of the impacted item, along with the order number and your name as they appear on the invoice. We will arrange for a replacement or another option after the product is returned to us unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Our Customer Service team will contact you within 24 hours with further instructions.

II. Incorrect Item Received

If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Include a photo of the incorrect item and invoice, along with the order number and your name as per the invoice. We will arrange a replacement after the product is returned to us unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Our Customer Service team will contact you within 24 hours with further instructions.

III. Missing Item in Order

If you haven’t received all the products you ordered, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your. Include photo(s) of the received items and the invoice, along with the order number and your name as per the invoice. We will arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

IV. Skin Reaction

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for products in cases of skin reactions, including allergic reactions. Please read the product details and ingredients carefully before making a purchase. We recommend doing a patch test before application. If you experience skin irritation or allergic reactions, discontinue use immediately.

V. Product Ineffectiveness

We are unable to return or exchange products if they do not work as expected. Each skincare product may have different effects on individuals, and we cannot guarantee specific results mentioned in product descriptions.

VI. Dissatisfaction with Product or Colour

Our return policy does not cover situations such as disliking the product, fragrance, not receiving expected results, or disliking the colour after trying it on. We recommend doing thorough research before making a purchase as we cannot guarantee exact colour matches shown in photos.

VII. Mistaken Purchase

If you have purchased the wrong product by mistake, we cannot refund or exchange the item, so please choose carefully.

VIII. Order Cancellation

Once an order has been dispatched from our store, we are unable to cancel it for any reason.

IX. Order Delay

If your order is delayed beyond 8 business days after dispatch, you can request to cancel the order and receive a refund. However, please note that delays may occur due to holidays and unexpected situations. If the delay is caused by incorrect delivery details or unresponsive customers, cancellation may not be possible. We aim to deliver packages within the specified timeframes.
